Zesty Caramel Cider
Drink Type: Mocktail
- 30ml Venezia Caramel Sauce, warmed
- 100ml Chilled Apple Cider
- 100ml Chilled Ginger Beer
- Wedge of apple for the rim
- 2 tablespoons Demerara sugar
- Cinnamon stick and thin slices of apple for garnish
- Rub the apple wedge around the rim of the glass then dip the rim in the demerara sugar.
- Pour the warm caramel sauce into the glass, then carefully add the apple cider followed by the ginger beer.
- Stir slowly until well combined.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and thin slices of apple.
