 30ml Venezia Simple Syrup
 7-8 blueberries
 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, stripped
 30ml strained lemon juice
 120ml sparkling mineral water
 Ice
 Extra blueberries for garnish

Gently muddle blueberries, rosemary leaves and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.

Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

Strain through a mesh strainer into a tall glass of fresh ice cubes.

Add sparkling mineral water and gently stir.

Add extra blueberries.
