Ice Kachang

Ingredients

  • 150g can Sweet corn
  • 50g Red beans
  • 50g Jello
  • 50g Gelatine, cooked
  • 100g can Mixed fruit in syrup
  • 4tsp Venezia Strawberry syrup
  • 4tsp Venezia Green Apple syrup
  • 2tsp Venezia Lemon Syrup
  • 2tsp Cream to drizzle over
  • Large bowl of shaved ice

Instructions

  1. Place cooked red beans (or beans of choice), jello, fruit and corn into a bowl.
  2. Top generously with shaved ice in the shape of a steep mountain.
  3. Drizzle Venezia syrups over the ice to add colour.
  4. Drizzle cream on top.
